State park dates and children’s requirements
The concession lists weekends from the first Saturday in April to Memorial Day, daily service from Memorial Day to Labor Day, then weekends through September. It closes October–March. Published park and concession pages differ on children’s ages and final entry times; confirm those details with Guest Services at 833-945-2925.
Other ways to float
KP Hole is a separate county park. Private outfitters also arrange trips. Routes, journey lengths, equipment, take-outs, and shuttles differ, so choose a specific service instead of simply navigating to “Rainbow River.”
